" LEXUS smartG-Link " is a smartphone app for subscribers of Lexus' telematics service G-Link.
You can check and configure car information, as well as linking it with car navigation on your smartphone.
*Not compatible with the new NX released in October 2021 and the new LX released in January 2022. Please use the "My LEXUS" app.
To use this app, you must have a Lexus contract ID (Lexus Owner's Card ID, Lexus Service Card ID, or G-Link Lite ID).
■Main functions
(1)My Car Information
You can check various information about your vehicle, such as remaining fuel and mileage.
(2) Car Finder
You can check the car's parking location on the map screen, and in large parking lots, you can check the location by litting the hazard light.
*To use the service, you must set up the use of the in-vehicle navigation system.
(3) My Car Settings
You can set G-Security notifications, remote operations such as door locks and hazard lights off, and G-customization settings such as sensor sensitivity of the Conlight (auto light).
*The items that can be set vary depending on the vehicle model.
(4)My Dealer
You can check dealer information and make appointments for inspections and maintenance.
(5) Owner's desk
You can contact the Lexus Owner's Desk (operator service) to find the location you want about Lexus, to set your destination on the navigation system, and more. You can use it from your smartphone even outside your car.
*A separate call charge will be charged. (It will be the customer's expense)
(6) Navigation
This is a navigation function on your smartphone. Walking route guidance is also available. You can also register the location you searched for in-store in G Memory and set your destination by calling G Memory using the in-car navigation system. You can also use the "Last Mile" system, which transfers destination information set in the car navigation system and guides you through the walking route to your destination.
*To use the last mile, you will need to install and launch Apps "Agent+" (free) using the car navigation system.
(7)Agent
Voice recognition allows you to set your destination through natural dialogue, check news and weather.
(8) Disaster Prevention Services
You can use searches for disaster-related facilities such as evacuation centers, passing road maps that allow you to check your travel record, and offline maps that can be viewed even outside of communication range.
